3rd Annual Exit 47 Comedy Get Down
On February 18, 2024, E4L is hosting their 3rd Comedy Get Down at the Charles Wadsworth Auditorium in Newnan, Georgia. Doors open @ 5 PM and showtime is @ 6 PM. The all-star lineup consists of:
Henry Coleman has performed at all the local open mics, and in 2001 he performed for the world-famous Apollo Theater, hosted by comedian Rudy Rush. Since then, he has been seen on MTV, BET and HBO’s All Def Comedy.
Degario “Double D” Turner has opened and featured for major acts such as: John Witherspoon, Mark Curry, Don DC Curry, Sommore, Bruce Bruce, Chris Tucker, Gary Owens, Rickey Smiley, Monique, Katt Williams, Mike Epps, and Tyler Craig. Double D made his television debut on BET’s Comic View and was the opening act on the Royal Comedy Tour with names like Sommore, Don “DC” Curry, J. Anthony Brown & D.L. Hughley.
Small Fire has been blessed to appear on well known comedy shows and entertainment programs such as: TBN, Bobby Jones Gospel, Word Network, Vibe, Wayans’ Brothers Show, Showtime At The Apollo, Def Comedy Jam, B.E.T.’s Lift Every Voice and Comic View. She also appeared in the Disney Movie “The First Kid” with comedian Sinbad.
The show will be hosted by Newnan’s own Sevonta, who starred in Nickelodeon’s latest Christmas film, A Loud House Christmas.
